AI consulting

A clear plan for AI, in plain English.

Which processes, which tools, what rules, in what order. We help owners and leaders make AI decisions they can explain to their team, their customers and their auditors.

What we advise on

Decisions, written down.

Every engagement ends with a document your team can act on, not a slide deck that sits in a folder.

01

AI roadmap

Where AI fits in your business over the next year: the processes with the biggest payoff, the order to tackle them, and what each needs.

02

Tool selection

Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or the AI inside what you already own? A clear recommendation based on your work, your data and your budget.

03

AI acceptable-use policy

A written policy your team can follow: approved tools, what may and may not be shared, review requirements, disclosure, and who owns what.

04

Governance and risk

Access controls, vendor review, accuracy checks and an incident path, sized to your organization rather than copied from an enterprise.

05

Adoption and change

Champions, training plans, office hours and the habits that turn a pilot into the way work is done.

06

Fractional AI lead

A standing advisor who keeps the roadmap moving, reviews new tools and answers the questions that come up every week.

A good fit when

You recognize one of these.

"Everyone is using AI and nobody is in charge of it."

You need a policy, approved tools and a few shared practices before something goes wrong.

"We bought the licenses. Nothing changed."

You need training built on real tasks, a couple of visible wins and someone keeping the momentum.

"I know AI could help. I don't know where to start."

You need a short roadmap that picks the first projects by payoff and risk.

"We handle sensitive information."

You need rules and designs that keep protected information where it belongs while the rest of the work speeds up.

Questions

About consulting.

Do we need a strategy before we automate anything?

Not a long one. A short working session is usually enough to pick the first two projects well. The roadmap grows as you learn what works in your business.

What goes into an AI acceptable-use policy?

Which tools are approved, what information may and may not go into them, when a person must review AI output, how AI use is disclosed, who is responsible, and what to do when something goes wrong. We write it in plain English and train the team on it.

We handle confidential or regulated information. Can we still use AI?

Yes, with the right boundaries. The policy and the tool choices decide what AI may process, and automations are designed so protected information stays where it belongs. Where a rule requires it, we recommend you have counsel review the policy before adoption.

Is consulting separate from training and automation?

They fit together. Consulting decides what and why, training builds the skills, automation builds the systems. You can start with any of them.

Make AI decisions you can explain.

A working session is the fastest way to a plan. Bring your questions; leave with the first three moves.
